cancellation policy

90% of the deposit will be returned for cancellations made up to 15 hours 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date (e.g. arrival on Saturday from 3pm must be cancelled by Wednesday before 3pm at the latest), i.e. a minimum penalty of 5€ per night of presence.

60% of the deposit will be returned for cancellations made up to 3pm 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date (e.g. Saturday arrivals from 3pm must be cancelled no later than Thursday before 3pm), i.e. a minimum penalty of €20 per night of presence.

NO SHOW :

in the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged in full.
